Accommodation at Annie’s, set on two acres of park like grounds, is situated on State Highway 1, just 2 minutes north of Warkworth and less than an hour drive north of Auckland.

Directions:
From Auckland, take State Highway One (SH1) north to Warkworth. Pass through the two sets of traffic lights staying on State highway 1. After 2 minutes driving you will see our large “Annies Bed and Breakfast and Annies Antiques and Curiós” sign on the left hand side of the road.

Local Sights & Activities:
The historic township of Warkworth is not only a “must visit” stop along the Twin Coast Discovery Highway, it is also the gateway to the Matakana Coast Wine Country, with its attractive vineyards and vibrant local markets. Beaches, nature reserves and a variety of other recreational activities are all within a short distance of our accommodation.

Also situated on our premises is Annie's Antiques and Curiós, which has a range of wonderful furniture and with enough collectables and curisities to make your visit well worth your while. Whether you are seeking something in particular or just out for a browse.
